This project included the demolition of dilapidated rear steps and an old field stone patio that was causing ,major water issues to this turn of the century home. An old pond and plantings were also removed.
A new large natural bluestone patio was built along with new steps and outdoor kitchen. Proper structural concrete footers and pads were poured to insure the longevity of the project.
A cedar pergola was built to provide a shaded dining or lounging area. A stucco wall, built to match the house, was constructed with deep bluestone coping for seating and storage underneath.
The outdoor kitchen included stainless steel a natural gas grill, sink, trashcan, cooler, and storage doors. A leather finish granite countertop was installed to finish it off.
A new pond, waterfall, and planting were installed to bring the landscape right up to the patio space, providing ambiance and privacy. This patio connected the home from one end to the other, effectively increasing the living space, creating a beautiful space to relax and entertain.
